faulty dell XPS m 1530 lap top offers? -

hi i have a dell XPS m1530 thats faulty switches on but wont boot up, i have no idea when it comes to technology so it could be somthing easy or hard,ive not a clue, anyway im open to offers/swaps,im after a good weight bench but it must have the preacher curl attachment etc, im not sure of the tech spec except its the one with the fingerprint reader i think its call bios anyway thanks for looking
