The 17" MacBook Pro has now been discontinued by Apple and this model is the last version of the MacBook Pro which is capable of running the venerable Snow Leopard operating system!! This particular machine was purchased as one of a batch for a project. The project is now complete and this machine is one of only two that I have which are surplus to requirement. The machine is boxed, brand new and unused. It also comes with the balance of the 3 year Applecare warranty which was purchased and activated when new. The Applecare runs through to March 2015 giving the new owner total peace of mind. The Applecare warranty entitles the owner to telephone (software/user) support and hardware repairs free of charge.
